Shock Services

In the event that the shock needs any parts or additional labor that is not included in the standard shock service, you will be contacted for authorization to proceed with any further work. The price for any needed parts and an estimate of the hours required will be provided at that time. Re-valving is also available for your JRi Shocks at an additional price. Please speak with a JRi Representative to determine valving that best fits your needs.

JRI Shocks offers a limited lifetime warranty on suspension kits sold in the USA and Canada. This allows you to have peach of mind that we stand behind our products 100% and will always take care of any warranty issues that you may have. All JRi Shocks powersports products are guaranteed to the original retail purchaser only that the Products furnished hereunder shall be free from material defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, when properly installed, maintained and used for the purposes for which it is designed. Warranty coverage is limited lifetime.
